The Wyoming Department of Education has provided a model policy as guidance for school districts as they create or revise their HIV/AIDS policies. The HIV/AIDS Model Policy for Wyoming Public Schools is not a mandated policy. It is a model policy, which has received the endorsement of the State Superintendent of Public Instruction and the Wyoming State Board of Education.
