Since HIV is spread primarily through sexual practices or by sharing needles, HIV prevention materials available from the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) may address these topics. HIV prevention materials purchased under cooperative agreement #U87/CCU808996 with the Centers for Disease Control, Division of Adolescent and School Health are reviewed and approved for use by the WDE Health Education Advisory Committee. However, the materials may be considered controversial by some viewers.
